Shipping & returns

Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 working days if ordered items are in stock (excluding preorders).
Made-to-order items are shipped within 10-15 working days from the purchase.

The delivery costs for the particular country depend on the zone and may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders cannot be canceled, if they have already been shipped or 24 hours after the purchase.

Taxes and customs duties

The prices of Polonie Dream & Wear products and shipping services are given in EUR. All orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to eventual taxes and customs duties, which the purchaser is responsible for paying.

Express delivery

If you wish to receive your purchase in express time, please get in touch with us at hello@polonie-dream.com for all the information regarding express delivery and we will find the best solution and price for your country.

Returns and exchanges worldwide are possible and only apply for unworn and unwashed items with the original logo tag still intact,  which can be returned within 14 days after receiving your purchase. To start the return or exchange process send us an email to hello@polonie-dream.com with your order number and name, within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom-fit items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

The shipping costs need to be covered by the customer. Depending on the reason for the return (the item arrived damaged, etc.) we do refund your shipping costs.

Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as the desired item is in stock.

Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

To initiate a return or an exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an email to hello@polonie-dream.com to request which products you would like to return or exchange.
2. Pack up your items in the original packaging.
3. Drop off the parcel at any post office (to be on the safe side, you might consider using a trackable shipping service, especially for higher-value products).

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return the goods

The consumer has the right to notify the company (e-mail address: hello@polonie-dream.com) within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The consumer must submit a copy of the invoice to the company.

The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The deadline begins one day after the date of collection of the ordered goods.

The goods received must be returned undamaged, unaltered and in the original packaging. If the product has been assembled within this period and is already in function or use, the product cannot be returned.

The company returns all payments received to the buyer with the same means of payment that the buyer used unless the buyer explicitly requests the use of another payment method and the buyer does not bear any costs as a result. Payments made will be refunded immediately or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The Company may withhold payment until the returned goods are received or until the consumer sends proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If upon acceptance of the shipment it is found that the shipment (package) or the product is damaged or shows signs of opening, the buyer is obliged to initiate the complaint procedure directly with the delivery person immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receipt.
